I've been wearing glasses for several years now. It shouldn't really be a problem as long as you pick out a pair that looks good on you. Although, people like me who happen to get in a lot of fights are at a risk of breaking them. I've broken glasses in fights and one time while playing football, so if you do anything physical like a sport or karate or something, It'd be a good idea to take them off beforehand.
